Modus Operandi operates out of Q7 Studios, home of Out Innerspace.
Q7 is located at 77 East 7th Ave Vancouver, BC, on the corner of 7th and Quebec. The building entrance is on the north side of 7th, just across the street from Daniel Chocolates. There is paid street parking directly in front of the building as well as throughout the surrounding neighborhood, and multiple bus lines service the area with stops within three blocks to the south and east.
Q7 Studios is located on the unceded Indigenous land belonging to the Coast Salish peoples, including the territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
STUDIOS
Studio A
Modus Operandi and Link both take place out of this studio.
The studio is 13m x13m with a ceiling height of 5.5m. The studio also includes a wall of mirrors that can be covered.
The floors in this studio are sprung Marley.
Studio B
Studio C

Q7 is a ground floor building with a manual-open front door. The building has 2 gender-inclusive, multi-stall washrooms with one wheelchair accessible stall in each washroom. Studio A, the largest dance studio, is wheelchair accessible by ramp though has a 2 inch high lip to get onto the sprung marley floor. Studio B is accessed by 10 stairs, and Studio C is accessed by 10 stairs.
There is public wi-fi throughout the building.
